Krav Maga / Combatives Level 1 – Yellow Belt

It takes about 3-6 months of regular training to be ready for the Yellow Belt exam. In that time you will learn:

– How to strike aggressively.
– How to defend against strikes.
– How to fall down safely.
– How to survive most common knife attacks.
– How to release if someone grabs your arm or clothes.
– How to release if someone grabs your throat or chokes you.
– How to deal with a group of attackers.
– How to behave when you fall on the ground.
– How to escape three basic threats when you are on the ground.
– How to use your voice and body language as self protection tools.

PLUS at this point:
– You are able to do 60-100 push ups, crunches and squats.
– You learn to train safely.
– You learn how to keep going under pressure.
– You learn how to motivate your training partners.
– You learn to be part of the team.
AND…

You start to understand that the skills you acquire might save someone’s life one day.

Krav Maga / Combatives Belt System

Our system is divided into 6 levels to help you prioritise the skills and tactics you learn. It will make your training safe and organised, because many of the advanced techniques are based on solutions from previous levels. With every level you achieve, you will be upgrading your skills and mindset.

  • Level 1 – Yellow Belt
  • Level 2 – Green Belt
  • Level 3 – Blue Belt
  • Level 4 – Purple Belt
  • Level 5 – Brown Belt
  • Level 6 – Black Belt
